Design Problem

This is a problem that I have to live with, the problem of having a limited parking around my apartment. The problem is that there is parking at lobovillage but if you look closely the red dot indicates where I Live and that is far from the parking lots that exist. It is hard to find good parking near my apartment, and it is because of this I propose that the vacant dirt lot that is right by my apartment, I'd say it would make a great parking lot. The area for parking would be great for the residents that live near by and the visitors who do visit can park there too. This is a great idea because it is true that there are not much parking and there is a vacant lot by the apartments.
