This is a trait that most native people have given up. The time it takes to make a rug depends on the size and the design. My grandma and aunts use to do this along time ago and the amount of work that each lady puts into there rug is tuff work because i have witnessed it. The dyeing of the wool to the thinning of the wool to make it a string then to getting the loom ready and then start putting it together. The thing about these is that you have to know what your doing before you begin otherwise its going to come out offset.
